HOME RENOVATIONS

Berkeley Designs was instrumental in one of our renovations. Start to finish they played a major role to ensure our flip was a success. From dealing with the onsite contractor for the initial property review to document and price the required renovations thru to regular reports with us to ensure the project remained on schedule both time and budget wise. Berkeley Designs recommended needed updates in the flow of the kitchen while still keeping to the era of the house and not compromising the original design integrity.

We were pleased to see that the property renovation came in below budget largely due to Berkeley Designs and their spot on cost analysis!

We plan to use Berkeley Designs on all our future projects and will recommend them to other businesses.
